Collection Notice.
Last updated August 2026
This notice is given by Dumaguete Pty Ltd ABN 47 637 375 298, trading as PACT, at the point we collect your information, as required by the Australian Privacy Principles. In short:
What and why
We collect the parties' names, addresses and emails and the details of your loan so we can assemble your agreement, take it through signing, and maintain the evidence record and repayment ledger. Providing this information is necessary to produce a usable document — without it we can't assemble the agreement.
If you choose to give us your email at the start of the questions (“save your progress”), we use it only to send service emails about your own matter — for example, a single reminder to finish if you leave part-way. It isn't used for marketing or shared with anyone.
Who sees it
Your intake is processed in the United States by our AI provider to run the assistant; payment, email delivery, and address validation are handled by our service providers; your information is stored in Australia (Sydney). On the Certified tier, a panel-firm lawyer reviews your matter. The other parties you name will be invited to review and sign the document.
If someone named you as a party
If you've been invited to review and sign an agreement, the person who created the matter has given us your name, address, and email so we can prepare the document and contact you. We use that information only to assemble the document, invite you to review and sign it, and maintain the evidence record once it's executed. You'll see the full document before you sign anything, and you have the same rights of access and correction described in our privacy policy.
Your control
Nothing is saved to a matter until you confirm at the end of intake. You can ask to access or correct your information, or complain about how it's handled — details in our privacy policy.
